Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Create visually appealing designs for our various websites and digital assets to enhance the online customer experience.
• Research and Prototyping: Conduct research, design prototypes, and perform multivariant testing to ensure that digital and non-digital customer interactions are user-friendly and intuitive.
• Concept Development: Develop creative concepts that align with client demands, prepare rough drafts, and present them to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other creatives in the design team to ensure a shared vision and consistent branding.
• Client Communication: Keep clients updated on project progress, incorporate their feedback, and ensure projects stay within scope, time, and budget.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools.
Skills:
• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital projects
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
